These words in the two word clouds are taken from the words in two websites. One website is for gambling and the other is against it.
For
Li, William . "Jiggery Pokery – The economics of gambling in Australia and proposed pokies reforms." . N.p., n.d. Web. 31 May 2014. <http://www.ecolarge.com/blog/jiggery-pokery-%E2%80%93-economics-gambling-australia-proposed-pokies-reforms/>
In this website, gambling is regarded as a good thing because there are many advantages.
You can find that there are some words related to economic such as "benefit" , "economic", "value" or "price". That's why, in this website, gambling is seen as a good thing to make economic better.
Against
Gambling Addiction. N.p., n.d. Web. 31 May 2014. <http://www.gamblingaddiction.org/>
On the other hand, in this webpage, gambling is regarded as a bad thing because it is dangerous to be addicted to it.
You can see that there are some words that react negatively to gambling such as "addiction", "help", "avoid" or "blame", so in this website, gambling is described as negative to make people addicted to gambling and ruin their lives.
Hi Shuhei,
返信削除Your choice of sites to use as sources of content for your Wordles were good because they were both very partisan and there were many words on each of them, which resulted in richer, more complex Wordles.
But, don't expect the Wordles to speak for themselves. You need to write more commentary about them. For an example, see my blog entry about Wordles I created at: http://vegetarianjodias.blogspot.jp/2011/06/making-discoveries-through-using-word.html .
You should also cite the Web site using MLA style. The citation for the anti-gambling blog would be something like this:
"Gambling Addition: Guide ." N.p., n.d. Web. 4 June 2014. .
Use the site citationmachine.net to create the citations.
Cheers,
Joseph D.
What a cool the Wordle is.
